- Act as the primary point of contact for customers within assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Promote and sell Ecolab's water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services to potential and existing customers.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers to showcase the benefits and features of Ecolab's solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and potential customers through networking and prospecting.
- Represent Ecolab at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's brand and products.
- Act as a brand ambassador by upholding Ecolab's values and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Embrace and adhere to all safety and compliance standards set forth by the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Sales Experience In The Industrial Or Commercial Sector.
Ability To Travel Extensively Within Assigned Territory.
