  1. Perform pest control services for commercial and residential clients in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
  3. Design and implement integrated pest management strategies to effectively control and prevent pest infestations.
  4. Communicate with clients to educate them on pest control methods and provide recommendations for preventing future infestations.
  5. Utilize appropriate equipment and materials to safely and effectively eliminate pests.
  6. Keep accurate records of services performed, including detailed reports of pest activity, treatment plans, and results.
  7. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client concerns and providing timely and effective solutions.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing pest control services.
  9. Continuously stay updated on the latest pest control techniques and products to ensure the most effective and sustainable solutions are being used.
  10. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and timely completion of services.
  11. Represent Ecolab and its values of environmental sustainability and commitment to providing safe and healthy solutions to clients.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company in front of clients.
  13. Keep company vehicle and equipment clean and well-maintained.
  14. Attend training sessions and seminars to improve skills and knowledge in pest control.
  15. Follow company policies and procedures at all times to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Pest Control Methods: A Técnico/S En Control De Plagas At Ecolab Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Different Pest Control Methods, Including Chemical And Non-Chemical Treatments, As Well As Integrated Pest Management Techniques.

  • Certification And Training: Ecolab Requires Its Técnico/S En Control De Plagas To Have Proper Certification And Training In Pest Control. This May Include A License From The Relevant Regulatory Authority And Completion Of Specialized Courses In Pest Management.

  • Experience In The Field: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Pest Control, Preferably In A Commercial Or Industrial Setting. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Different Pest Species And Their Behaviors, As Well As Experience In Identifying And Addressing Infestation Issues.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Técnico/S En Control De Plagas At Ecolab Are Expected To Work Closely With Clients And Colleagues, So Strong Communication Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Explain Pest Control Procedures And Recommendations In A Clear And Professional Manner.

  • Attention To Detail: The Job Of A Técnico/S En Control De Plagas Requires Attention To Detail To Effectively Identify And Address Pest Infestations. This Includes Conducting Thorough Inspections, Identifying Potential Entry Points, And Implementing Appropriate Control Measures. Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Work Meticulously.
