Sr. Procurement Manager - Asset Management

As the Sr. Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of assets and equipment for our organization. - Develop and implement procurement strategies for assets and equipment in line with company goals and objectives.
- Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying needs, sourcing, negotiating contracts, and finalizing purchases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand asset and equipment requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks.
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to build a reliable and responsive supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on procurement activities, costs, and savings.
- Supervise and mentor procurement team members to ensure their professional development and high performance.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Asset Management Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices, Including Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Vendor Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Procurement Budgets And Achieving Cost Savings Targets.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Direct Reports.
