Responsibilities:

1. Recruit, screen, and onboard new employees.

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.

6. Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, training, expenses, etc.).
7. Provide guidance and advice to managers and supervisors on HR-related issues.
8. Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.
9. Investigate employee complaints and disputes.
10. Support the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
