  1. Maintain and troubleshoot state-of-the-art data center equipment.
  2. Ensure the smooth operation of global high-tech systems.
  3. Utilize strong technical knowledge to effectively solve problems and address technical issues.
  4. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on data center equipment.
  5. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any issues.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate efforts and resolve issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and continuously improve technical skills.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working in the data center.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Document all maintenance and repair activities and maintain accurate records.
  11. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new procedures and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Assist with data center projects and upgrades as needed.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Represent Ecolab in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: A Servicetechniker (M/W/D) Rechenzentrum / Global High Tech At Ecolab Must Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Knowledgeable In All Aspects Of Data Center Operations, Including Server Hardware, Network Infrastructure, And Virtualization Technologies.

  • Experience In Data Center Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Data Center Environment, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Maintaining And Troubleshooting Critical Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices: Ecolab Values Candidates Who Have A Solid Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Data Center Operations, Such As Itil, Iso 27001, And Cobit.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Servicetechniker (M/W/D) Rechenzentrum / Global High Tech, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Clients And Team Members, So Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Data Center Operations Can Be Unpredictable, So The Ideal Candidate Must Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations And Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Needed. They Should Also Be Willing To Travel To Different Locations For On-Site Maintenance And Support.
