- Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and usability of the platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform is utilizing the latest technologies.
- Train and support end users on the use of the ServiceNow platform.

- Ensure data integrity and security on the platform.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to the use and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and automate processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Servicenow Platform Engineer.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Processes And Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Servicenow Solutions, Including Custom Applications, Workflows, And Integrations.
Servicenow Certification(S) In Relevant Modules, Such As Servicenow System Administrator, Servicenow Implementation Specialist, Or Servicenow Application Developer.
