  1. Develop and maintain cutting-edge software solutions using Azure Fullstack technology.
  2. Lead and drive the development process, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical expertise.
  4. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in Fullstack development and implement them to improve our products.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing solutions and recommendations to ensure smooth functioning.
  6. Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster their growth.
  7. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  8. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of software solutions.
  9. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software development.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand business needs, and provide updates on project progress.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Azure Cloud Computing: A Senior Software Engineer At Ecolab Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Azure Services And Infrastructure, Including Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, And Security, As Well As Experience With Azure Devops And Automation Tools.

  • Fullstack Development Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing Fullstack Applications Using Various Programming Languages And Frameworks Such As .Net, Java, Angular, React, And Node.js. They Should Also Be Able To Design And Implement Restful Apis.

  • Proficiency In Agile Methodologies: Ecolab Follows Agile Principles And Values In Its Software Development Process. The Senior Software Engineer Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, And Delivering High-Quality Software In Short Iterations.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Senior Software Engineer Will Be Responsible For Designing And Implementing Complex Solutions To Business Problems. They Should Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively, Identify Potential Issues, And Develop Efficient And Effective Solutions.

  • Leadership And Mentorship Abilities: As A Senior Member Of The Software Engineering Team, The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Mentor And Guide Junior Engineers. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, Providing Updates On Project Progress And Addressing Any Concerns Or Issues That May Arise.
