- Identify and evaluate potential merger and acquisition opportunities that align with Ecolab's growth objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to assess the strategic fit and financial viability of potential targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players and investment bankers to source potential deals.
- Lead negotiations and due diligence processes to ensure favorable terms and successful integration of acquisitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operational departments, to assess and execute potential deals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership to gain approval and support for potential acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential acquisition targets and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Develop and implement integration plans to ensure a smooth transition and maximize the value of acquired companies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired companies to track the success of integration efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Mentor and train junior members of the M&A team to build a strong and cohesive team.
Extensive Experience In Mergers And Acquisitions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Mergers And Acquisitions In A Corporate Or Investment Banking Setting.
Strong Financial And Analytical Skills: A Senior Manager/Director In M&A Business Development At Ecolab Should Possess Advanced Financial Modeling Skills And Be Able To Analyze Complex Financial Data To Identify Potential Opportunities And Risks.
