- Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of Ecolab's IT systems and processes to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and implement effective audit plans and procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of Ecolab's IT controls.
- Perform detailed analysis of audit findings and make recommendations for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Partner with IT teams to develop and implement solutions for identified risks and control gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in IT audit processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to IT audit and information security.
- Provide guidance and support to junior IT auditors and other team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work towards their implementation.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all audit information and documentation.
- Proactively identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of IT controls and make recommendations for enhancements as needed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Ecolab's business and IT systems to effectively identify and address potential risks.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Audit, Risk Management, Or Related Field.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Professional Certification Such As Cisa (Certified Information Systems Auditor) Or Cissp (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
Strong Knowledge Of Auditing Standards, Frameworks, And Best Practices, Including Cobit, Iso 27001, And Nist.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
