  1. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions and drive financial performance.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models and tools to accurately track and report financial data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding financial strategy and business growth opportunities.
  5. Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including revenue, cost, and profitability.
  6. Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.
  7. Communicate financial results and insights to internal stakeholders and external partners in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance.
  9. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
  10. Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks.
  11. Mentor and train junior analysts on financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
  12. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  13. Participate in budgeting and planning processes.
  14. Maintain and ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline financial processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis Or A Related Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Practices, Including Financial Modeling And Forecasting.

  • Experience With Financial Reporting And Analysis Tools, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Financial Data To A Variety Of Stakeholders.
