In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions for our S4/HANA environment, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and driving business growth.   1. Design and implement SAP solutions for Ecolab's S4/HANA environment.
  2. Lead and manage projects related to SAP architecture and solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs and goals.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance Ecolab's competitive advantage.
  6. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and architecture diagrams.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP solutions and projects.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
  11. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations for SAP solutions.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP environment.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure alignment and support for SAP initiatives.
  14. Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
  15. Stay compliant with Ecolab's policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Sap S4/Hana: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Sap S4/Hana, Including Its Modules, Functionalities, And Integration Capabilities.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Sap Principal Solutions Architect Should Possess A Strong Technical Background, With Expertise In Sap Architecture, Data Modeling, And System Design. They Should Also Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Abap And Sql.

  • Project Management Skills: The Role Of A Sap Principal Solutions Architect Requires Overseeing Complex Projects And Ensuring Their Successful Implementation. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including Planning, Organizing, And Executing Projects Within Budget And Timeline.

  • Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Key Member Of The Ecolab Team, The Sap Principal Solutions Architect Should Possess Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Lead A Team Of Developers And Consultants To Deliver High-Quality Solutions.

  • Relevant Experience And Certifications: Ecolab May Prefer Candidates With Prior Experience In A Similar Role, Ideally In The Manufacturing Or Chemical Industry. Additionally, Relevant Sap Certifications, Such As Sap Certified Application Professional Or Sap Certified Technology Associate, Would Be Highly Valued For This Position.
