Safety, Health & Environment Program Manager

Ecolab is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Program Manager to join our team. As the SHE Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our health and safety programs across the organization. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, as well as developing and maintaining a culture of safety and health throughout the organization.To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in health and safety, environmental science, or a related field, as well as a minimum of three years of relevant experience. You must also have experience with safety and health regulations, as well as a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective safety and health programs. 6. Develop and deliver training programs for employees and management on safety and health topics.
7. Manage the budget for safety and health initiatives.
8. Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify corrective actions.
9. Maintain records of safety and health programs and activities.
10. Develop emergency response plans.
