- Collaborate with the product development team to establish and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of products and services to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance procedures and test results.
- Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Develop and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of all product features and functionality.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance to ensure our products and services remain competitive and meet customer expectations.

- Collaborate with customer support teams to address any quality-related issues reported by customers.
- Lead and coordinate testing efforts for new product releases and updates.

- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Provide regular reports and updates on quality assurance activities to management.
- Act as a point of contact for any quality-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Extensive Quality Assurance Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Qa Lead Position At Ecolab Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Leadership Position. They Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Standards And Best Practices, And Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Qa Strategies.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Qa Lead, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Qa Professionals. They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Resolve Conflicts Within The Team.
Technical Expertise: A Qa Lead At Ecolab Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies. They Should Have Experience With Automated Testing Tools And Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++. Additionally, Knowledge Of Database Management And Sql Is Highly Desirable.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Project Managers, And Stakeholders, Is Crucial For A Qa Lead. They Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate Qa Processes, Identify And Communicate Potential Risks, And Provide Timely Updates On Project Progress.
