Program Manager

1. Manage, develop, and implement complex projects across the organization.
2. Lead project teams and provide strategic direction.
3. Identify potential problems and develop solutions.
4. Ensure successful project outcomes by overseeing the progress and performance of project teams.
5. Monitor and update project plans and timelines with measurable goals.
6. Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
7. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
8. Assess and optimize project performance and make revisions as needed.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
10. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership.
