- Lead and manage SAP Government projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and technology systems to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including government clients, to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP and government processes, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery and escalate as needed.
- Conduct user training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technology solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in SAP and government processes, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Represent the company and build relationships with government clients, promoting our services and capabilities.
Extensive Sap Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Sap And Its Various Modules, Particularly In Government-Related Processes. This Includes Experience With Implementation, Customization, And Troubleshooting Of Sap Systems.
Government Sector Knowledge: The Principal Business Analyst Should Be Well-Versed In The Unique Processes And Regulations Of Government Agencies. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of How These Organizations Operate And How Sap Can Be Leveraged To Meet Their Specific Needs.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Principal Business Analyst, The Ability To Analyze Complex Business Processes And Identify Areas For Improvement Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Have A Data-Driven Mindset And Be Able To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions.
