- Perform pest control services for residential and commercial customers.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and assess pest issues.
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies and treatment plans.
- Communicate with customers to educate them on pest prevention and explain treatment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate any issues or concerns to management.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines while performing pest control services.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of services.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with customers and representing the company.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Follow company protocols and procedures for equipment maintenance and vehicle upkeep.
- Stay informed on the latest pest control products and technologies and make recommendations for their use.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Education And Training: A Pest Service Specialist At Ecolab Should Have A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, As Well As Relevant Training In Pest Management. A Degree In Entomology, Biology, Or Related Field Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Pest Management: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Pest Biology, Behavior, And Control Methods. They Should Also Be Knowledgeable About Local Regulations And Safety Procedures Related To Pest Control.
Experience In The Field: Previous Experience In Pest Management Or A Related Field Is Highly Desirable For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Addressing Pest Issues In A Variety Of Settings.
Customer Service Skills: As A Pest Service Specialist, Candidates Will Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential. They Should Also Have The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Professionalism And Empathy.
Physical Ability: This Role Requires Physical Stamina And The Ability To Work In Various Weather Conditions.
