- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and increase customer base.

- Train and mentor new sales team members on products, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to conduct sales meetings and provide on-site support.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Technical Field Such As Chemistry, Engineering, Or Environmental Science.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Sales Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Water Treatment Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Water Treatment Processes And Equipment, Including Boilers, Cooling Towers, And Wastewater Treatment.
Willingness To Travel Frequently And Work Independently, With A Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record.
