- Coordinate and monitor the shipment and delivery of Ecolab products to various locations globally.
- Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution.
- Identify and troubleshoot any supply chain issues that may arise and proactively communicate solutions to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
- Continuously monitor and analyze logistics data to identify trends and make recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile shipping and inventory costs.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with other supply chain-related tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: A Logistics Associate At Ecolab Must Be Able To Effectively Manage Their Time And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
