IT Operational Analyst

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and operations, as well as a commitment to providing superior customer service and support.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; experience in IT operations, help desk support, or technical customer service; and a proven track record of problem-solving and troubleshooting. In addition, they must be able to work independently and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
