- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support the company's mission and goals.
- Write and edit internal and external communications materials, including press releases, blog posts, social media content, and internal memos.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, such as town halls, employee meetings, and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor media coverage and social media trends to identify potential communication opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Conduct research and gather data to support communication initiatives and measure their impact.
- Maintain and update company website and intranet with relevant and timely information.
- Assist in crisis communication planning and execution.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry influencers, and internal employees.
- Support the Corporate Communications team in various projects and tasks as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Or Related Field.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Demonstrated Interest And Knowledge In Corporate Communications And Sustainability.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Social Media Platforms.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
