Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and termination of employees.
- Maintain current employee records, including job descriptions, performance reviews, training records, and compliance documentation.
- Develop and manage employee relations initiatives, such as employee engagement activities.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
- Provide guidance and advice to management and staff on HR-related matters.
- Perform employee investigations and resolve conflicts in a timely fashion.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics to identify areas of improvement and inform decision-making.
- Utilize HRIS systems to track employee data and generate reports.
