Job Description

Ecolab is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. We are looking for a motivated professional who is dedicated to helping us create a supportive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence.The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least three years of experience in an HR role. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, as well as experience with HRIS systems, is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.
  2. Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and termination of employees.
  3. Maintain current employee records, including job descriptions, performance reviews, training records, and compliance documentation.
  4. Develop and manage employee relations initiatives, such as employee engagement activities.
  5. Oversee the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
  6. Provide guidance and advice to management and staff on HR-related matters.
  7. Perform employee investigations and resolve conflicts in a timely fashion.
  8. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
  9. Analyze and report on HR metrics to identify areas of improvement and inform decision-making.
  10. Utilize HRIS systems to track employee data and generate reports.
