At Ecolab, we are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Director to join our team and take on the challenge of driving our human resources initiatives. As the HR Director, you will be in charge of developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports our overall business goals. You will be responsible for recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations. You should have a strong sense of professionalism and be able to address employee concerns with empathy and respect. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in human resources, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred.If you have a passion for human resources and a desire to make a positive impact on our organization, we would love to hear from you.
