- Conduct regular on-site visits to hotels and resorts to assess their current levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall guest experience.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to hotel management on how to improve their standards to meet Ecolab's expectations.
- Develop and implement customized training programs for hotel staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain high levels of quality and service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Ecolab to identify and troubleshoot any potential issues or challenges in the hospitality industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Ecolab's standards for hotel quality and experience.
- Communicate effectively with hotel stakeholders, including management, housekeeping staff, and front desk personnel, to promote a culture of quality and excellence.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure that hotels are complying with Ecolab's standards and regulations.
- Analyze and report on data and metrics related to hotel quality and experience, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
- Serve as a liaison between Ecolab and our hospitality industry clients, building and maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Represent Ecolab at industry events and conferences, sharing our expertise and promoting our mission to create a cleaner, safer, and healthier world.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Hotel Industry, With A Focus On Quality Control And Guest Experience.
Strong Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Housekeeping, Food And Beverage, And Front Desk Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Hotel Staff And Guests.
Experience With Conducting Audits And Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives In A Hotel Setting.
