
Hospitality Territory Sales and Service Manager

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets within the defined territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential hospitality customers.
- Conduct regular visits to client sites to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote Ecolab's products and services.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure profitable sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to customers.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Ecolab's products and services.
- Stay updated on Ecolab's products and services, as well as competitors' offerings, to effectively position and sell to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
- Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain Ecolab's reputation as a leader in the industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry
Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills
Ability To Analyze Data And Develop Strategic Sales Plans
Knowledge Of Ecolab's Products And Services, As Well As The Hospitality Industry And Its Regulations And Trends.
