  1. Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for assigned categories in alignment with overall company objectives.
  2. Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and quality, to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiencies in the supply chain.
  4. Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  5. Lead contract negotiations and manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to ensure alignment of objectives and priorities.
  7. Communicate category performance and savings achievements to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the supply chain and make strategic recommendations to mitigate risks.
  9. Manage and mentor junior category management team members and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
  10. Continuously review and improve procurement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sourcing activities.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay informed about best practices and market trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Global Or Multinational Company

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Negotiating Contracts With Suppliers On A Global Scale

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Sourcing Plans

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams, Suppliers, And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
