As the Free Trade Program Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the benefits of free trade agreements for our company.   1. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the benefits of free trade agreements for Ecolab.
  2. Stay up-to-date on international trade policies and regulations, and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders within the company.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and legal, to ensure compliance with free trade regulations.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks related to free trade agreements.
  5. Collaborate with external partners, such as customs brokers and government agencies, to ensure smooth and efficient trade operations.
  6. Monitor and track the utilization of free trade agreements, and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
  7. Communicate and educate internal teams on the benefits and requirements of free trade agreements, and provide support and guidance as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and trade organizations.
  9. Identify and implement best practices for free trade program management, including training materials and standard operating procedures.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the free trade program to ensure compliance and maximize benefits for the company.
  11. Represent Ecolab at industry conferences and events to promote the company's free trade initiatives.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on free trade agreements and provide guidance on related matters to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Ensure all activities and processes related to free trade are conducted in accordance with Ecolab's sustainability and ethical standards.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of Ecolab's overall trade and sustainability strategies.
  15. Act as a champion for sustainable and responsible practices within the free trade program and the company as a whole.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, International Trade, Or A Related Field.

  • Prior Experience In Managing Free Trade Programs, Preferably Within The Chemical Or Manufacturing Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Trade Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Plan, Organize, And Execute Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
