- Work independently to plan and schedule audits, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of reports.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of audits and follow-up actions taken.

- Provide guidance and training to clients on food safety best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of audit processes.
Extensive Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Industry Standards: A Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor At Ecolab Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Relevant Regulations And Standards Related To Food Safety, Including Fda, Usda, And Gfsi Guidelines.
Strong Auditing Experience: Ecolab's Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor Must Have Previous Experience Conducting Audits In The Food Industry, Including On-Site Inspections And Document Reviews. This Experience Should Also Include Knowledge Of Root Cause Analysis And Corrective Action Implementation.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Team Members Is Essential For A Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor At Ecolab. This Includes The Ability To Clearly And Concisely Convey Audit Findings And Recommendations.
Attention To Detail And Analytical Thinking: Ecolab's Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Analyze Complex Data And Information To Identify Potential Food Safety Risks And Areas For Improvement.
Education And Certification: A Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Microbiology, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Additionally, Certifications Such As Certified Professional Food Safety (Cp-Fs) Or Registered Sanitarian (Rs) Are Highly Valued By Ecolab.
