We’re looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as Finance Manager – Plant Controller.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the financial activities of the plant, including the management of financial processes, procedures, and systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and will possess the necessary qualifications to be successful in this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial plans and strategies for the plant.
  2. Analyze financial data and create reports to support decision-making.
  3. Manage the budgeting and accounting process, including accounts payable and receivable.
  4. Monitor and analyze plant performance and outcomes.
  5. Provide leadership and direction to the financial team.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and vendors.
  8. Prepare financial statements, audits, and other financial reports.
  9. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify discrepancies and inaccuracies.
  10. Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.

Job Qualifications

  • Ability To Analyze And Interpret Financial Data

  • Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration/Accounting/Finance

  • Cpa Or Equivalent Certification

  • Minimum Of Years Of Finance/Accounting Experience

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With All Levels Of The Organization
