  1. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering sustainable solutions to clients
  2. Utilize expertise and knowledge of cutting-edge technology to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  3. Conduct field service visits to clients' locations to install, maintain, and repair equipment
  4. Ensure timely completion of all service requests and maintain accurate records of service activities
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction
  6. Continuously strive to expand technical knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Ecolab, upholding our commitment to sustainability and promoting our values to clients
  8. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations for service and product offerings
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties
  10. Mentor and train junior team members as needed to support their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In A Field Service Role, Preferably In The Chemical Or Water Treatment Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industrial Equipment And Systems, Including Pumps, Valves, And Instrumentation.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving, With A Track Record Of Successfully Resolving Complex Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Provide Technical Support.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Procedures, With A Commitment To Maintaining A Safe Work Environment At All Times.
