  1. Lead and manage a team of field service technicians to ensure efficient and effective execution of services at customer sites.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and increase customer satisfaction.
  3. Train, mentor, and support field service technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and delivery of services.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide high-quality service.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  11. Act as a liaison between the company and customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  12. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
  13. Communicate company goals, objectives, and expectations to team members and ensure they are aligned with the company's mission and values.
  14. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential and drive a positive team culture.
  15. Participate in the recruitment and selection process of new team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Engineering, Or Environmental Science.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Field Operations Management, Preferably In A Similar Industry Or With A Related Product Line.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Experience In Implementing And Monitoring Safety Protocols And Procedures To Ensure Compliance With Industry Standards And Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects, Optimizing Processes, And Achieving Operational Goals Within Budget And Timelines.
