- Monitor and track product orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics team to expedite orders as needed.
- Conduct quality control checks on all incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Identify and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of product deliveries and quality control inspections.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and any potential delays or issues.
- Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency of the order and delivery process.

Strong Communication Skills: As An Expeditor & Quality Controller At Ecolab, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Suppliers, Internal Teams, And Customers.
Attention To Detail: This Role Involves Overseeing The Quality Of Products And Ensuring That They Meet The Required Standards. A High Level Of Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Catch Any Potential Issues And Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management: An Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Procedures Is Vital For This Role, As The Expeditor & Quality Controller Will Be Responsible For Managing Orders And Coordinating With Suppliers To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Products.
Quality Control Experience: Previous Experience In Quality Control, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Is A Key Qualification For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Quality Control Methods And Tools, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean Principles.
Organizational Skills: The Expeditor & Quality Controller Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Tasks And Deadlines, Making Strong Organizational Skills A Must. This Includes The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Time Effectively, And Maintain Accurate Records And Documentation.
