The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, with at least five years of relevant experience. The EHS Manager should have a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and the ability to develop effective safety protocols. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.

4. Utilize problem-solving and organizational skills to identify and address safety concerns.
5. Create reports and document safety inspections and audits.
6. Develop and implement safety training for employees.
7. Monitor safety performance and recommend improvements.
8. Ensure safety equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
9. Stay up-to-date with new regulations and best practices in EHS.
10. Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend corrective actions.
