Job Description

At Ecolab, we are looking for a competent and innovative Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our staff.We are seeking a passionate individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills who is committed to promoting and protecting the health and safety of our employees. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, with at least five years of relevant experience. The EHS Manager should have a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and the ability to develop effective safety protocols. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are also essential as you will be leading and motivating safety teams to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.If you are an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is looking to make a positive impact on the safety of our work environment, then this is the position for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
  2. Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to environmental health and safety.
  3. Lead and motivate safety teams to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
  4. Utilize problem-solving and organizational skills to identify and address safety concerns.
  5. Create reports and document safety inspections and audits.
  6. Develop and implement safety training for employees.
  7. Monitor safety performance and recommend improvements.
  8. Ensure safety equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  9. Stay up-to-date with new regulations and best practices in EHS.
  10. Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend corrective actions.
