At Ecolab, we are searching for a results-oriented, detail-oriented Engineering Project Manager to lead our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical and business acumen, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple, complex projects simultaneously.The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for developing and managing projects to ensure successful completion in accordance with the business objectives and budget. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in an engineering or technical environment, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, and a proven track record of successful project management. Additionally, the successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project management processes and best practices.

• Establish and maintain project scope, timelines, and budgets.

• Manage and track project progress to ensure successful completion in accordance with business objectives.

• Lead teams of engineers and other technical personnel in the design, development, and implementation of projects.

• Communicate project status to stakeholders and management.

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, customers, and vendors.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues.

• Develop and maintain project documentation.

• Monitor project performance and suggest improvements.

• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with engineering and technical standards.
