The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in an engineering or technical environment, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, and a proven track record of successful project management. Additionally, the successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project management processes and best practices.

• Establish and maintain project scope, timelines, and budgets.

• Communicate project status to stakeholders and management.

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, customers, and vendors.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues.

• Develop and maintain project documentation.

• Monitor project performance and suggest improvements.

• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with engineering and technical standards.
