- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive growth and revenue for the company.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales strategies and proposals to meet client needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and proactively addressing client needs and concerns.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze client performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ecolab's products, services, and industry to effectively communicate and promote them to clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry developments and market trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges for the company.
- Represent Ecolab at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness and promote the company's services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In A B2B Environment
Strong Understanding Of The Chemical Industry And Previous Experience Working With Industrial Or Institutional Customers
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Complex Accounts.
