Communications Manager - CEO Communications

- Develop and execute strategic communication plans for the CEO, ensuring alignment with Ecolab's overall communication strategy.
- Craft and deliver compelling messages and communications materials on behalf of the CEO to internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the CEO, executive leadership team, employees, media, and industry partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing counsel on communication strategies and tactics.
- Lead and manage a team of communication professionals to successfully execute communication initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor communications, and stakeholder sentiment to inform communication strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication channels.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the CEO's communication platforms, including speeches, presentations, and social media.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company when needed, representing the CEO's voice and perspective.
- Continuously evaluate and improve communication processes and tools to enhance the effectiveness and reach of CEO communications.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging communication trends and technologies and recommend innovative ideas for CEO communications.
- Uphold Ecolab's values and brand standards in all communication activities.
- Manage and adhere to budget allocations for CEO communication initiatives.
- Proactively identify and manage potential communication risks or crises that may impact the CEO's image or reputation.
- Collaborate with the broader communications team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals and objectives.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or Related Field.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail.
Proven Experience In Managing And Executing Ceo-Level Communications, Including Speeches, Presentations, And Media Interviews.
Ability To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Both Internal And External, And Navigate Complex Organizational Structures.
