In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that effectively convey our CEO's message to both internal and external stakeholders.   1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans for the CEO, ensuring alignment with Ecolab's overall communication strategy.
  2. Craft and deliver compelling messages and communications materials on behalf of the CEO to internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the CEO, executive leadership team, employees, media, and industry partners.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing counsel on communication strategies and tactics.
  5. Lead and manage a team of communication professionals to successfully execute communication initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor communications, and stakeholder sentiment to inform communication strategies.
  7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication channels.
  8. Oversee the development and maintenance of the CEO's communication platforms, including speeches, presentations, and social media.
  9. Act as a spokesperson for the company when needed, representing the CEO's voice and perspective.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve communication processes and tools to enhance the effectiveness and reach of CEO communications.
  11. Stay up-to-date on emerging communication trends and technologies and recommend innovative ideas for CEO communications.
  12. Uphold Ecolab's values and brand standards in all communication activities.
  13. Manage and adhere to budget allocations for CEO communication initiatives.
  14. Proactively identify and manage potential communication risks or crises that may impact the CEO's image or reputation.
  15. Collaborate with the broader communications team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Executing Ceo-Level Communications, Including Speeches, Presentations, And Media Interviews.

  • Ability To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Both Internal And External, And Navigate Complex Organizational Structures.
