As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients maintain the highest levels of brand standards, guest experience, and food safety in their operations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a strong understanding of brand standards and food safety regulations.   1. Develop and implement brand standards, guest experience, and food safety protocols for clients, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  2. Conduct regular assessments and inspections of client operations to ensure adherence to brand standards and food safety regulations.
  3. Provide training and guidance to clients on proper implementation of brand standards and food safety protocols.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on brand standards and food safety, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to continuously improve brand standards and guest experience.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance brand standards and food safety practices.
  7. Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues related to brand standards and food safety.
  8. Monitor and analyze data and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Stay informed on industry best practices and provide guidance on how to incorporate them into client operations.
  10. Collaborate with clients to develop action plans for resolving any non-compliance issues.
  11. Conduct audits of client operations to ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety regulations.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting our commitment to exceptional service and safety.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the brand standards, guest experience, and food safety programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Food Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Brand Standards, Guest Experience, And Food Safety Management.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Fda Food Codes And Haccp Guidelines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Train And Coach Employees On Brand Standards And Food Safety Protocols.

  • Experience In Conducting Audits And Inspections To Ensure Compliance With Brand Standards And Food Safety Regulations.
