- Monitor and enforce brand standards across all client locations in the hospitality and foodservice industries.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, guest experience, and food safety regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs for clients to maintain and improve brand consistency, guest experience, and food safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for maintaining high brand standards, guest experience, and food safety.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to brand standards, guest experience, and food safety.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and develop preventive measures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or issues related to brand standards, guest experience, and food safety.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all inspections, audits, and trainings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide brand standards, guest experience, and food safety policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to brand standards, guest experience, and food safety.
- Travel to client locations as needed to conduct inspections, audits, and trainings.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand standards, guest experience, and food safety initiatives.
- Uphold the company's values and mission to make the world a cleaner, safer, and healthier place.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Food Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Brand Standards, Guest Experience, And Food Safety In The Hospitality Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Industry Best Practices.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Service And Guest Experience Principles.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Train And Educate Clients On Brand Standards And Food Safety Protocols.
