1. Develop and implement brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all client locations.
2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to brand standards and identify areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and guest experience goals, and provide guidance and recommendations to achieve them.
4. Train and educate clients and their staff on brand standards and best practices for guest experience and food safety.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to brand standards, guest experience, and food safety, and incorporate them into company practices.
6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand standards are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
8. Conduct regular food safety inspections and provide guidance on corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
9. Act as a liaison between clients and Ecolab to address any brand, guest experience, or food safety concerns.
10. Assist with the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs to enhance brand standards, guest experience, and food safety.
11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand standards, guest experience, and food safety expertise.
12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of brand standards, guest experience, and food safety activities and results.
13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and promote brand standards and guest experience as a key differentiator for Ecolab.
14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand standards, guest experience, and food safety initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
