Brand Standards, Guest Experience & Food Safety Advisor

1. Conduct regular on-site visits to clients in the food and hospitality industry to ensure compliance with brand standards, guest experience, and food safety regulations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve and maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience at client locations.
3. Provide training and support to clients on proper cleaning and sanitation practices, as well as guest service and experience standards.
4. Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain brand standards, guest experience, and food safety guidelines and protocols.
6. Monitor industry trends and regulations related to cleanliness, safety, and guest experience and advise clients accordingly.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.
8. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback on their experiences.
9. Track and report on key performance indicators related to brand standards, guest experience, and food safety.
10. Stay up-to-date on Ecolab's products and services and provide recommendations to clients on how to enhance their operations.
11. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Ecolab and promote our services.
12. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
