  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brand standards, guest satisfaction, and food safety practices.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to customers in the hospitality industry.
  3. Ensure that all guest experiences meet or exceed brand standards and expectations.
  4. Conduct thorough inspections and audits of customer facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  5. Collaborate with customers to create customized solutions for improving guest satisfaction and maintaining food safety.
  6. Train and coach customers on best practices for upholding brand standards and ensuring food safety.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in guest satisfaction and food safety.
  8. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns related to brand standards, guest satisfaction, and food safety.
  9. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to brand standards, guest satisfaction, and food safety, and make recommendations for updates and improvements as needed.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in brand standards and food safety practices.
  12. Continuously strive for excellence and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
  13. Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Brand Standards: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Brand Standards And Guidelines In The Foodservice Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Branding Strategies, Brand Positioning, And Brand Messaging.

  • Guest Experience Management: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Guest Experience In A Foodservice Setting. This Includes Implementing Customer Service Protocols, Training Staff On Customer Service Best Practices, And Monitoring Guest Satisfaction.

  • Food Safety Expertise: The Candidate Should Have Extensive Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Best Practices, Including Haccp Principles, Servsafe Certification, And Proper Handling And Storage Of Food Products.

  • Communication And Training Skills: Excellent Communication And Training Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Brand Standards And Food Safety Protocols To Various Levels Of Employees, From Front-Line Staff To Management.

  • Industry Experience: Previous Experience In The Foodservice Industry, Particularly In A Management Or Advisory Role, Is Highly Desirable. This Includes Experience In Implementing Brand Standards, Managing Guest Experience, And Ensuring Food Safety Compliance.
