1. Develop and implement brand standards, guest experience, and food safety guidelines and procedures for our clients in the food and hospitality industry.
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards, guest satisfaction, and food safety regulations.
3. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on how to achieve and maintain excellence in their operations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training materials and programs for clients on brand standards, guest experience, and food safety.
5. Communicate with clients on a regular basis to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues they may have.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to brand standards, guest experience, and food safety.
7. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance brand consistency, guest satisfaction, and food safety for our clients.
8. Train and educate clients on the importance of maintaining high brand standards, guest satisfaction, and food safety in their operations.
9. Provide support and guidance to clients in case of any food safety incidents or emergencies.
10. Serve as a brand ambassador and represent Ecolab at industry events and conferences.
11. Foster strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for all their brand standards, guest experience, and food safety needs.
12. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and hospitality industry.
13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.
14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand standards, guest experience, and food safety programs and make necessary adjustments.
