  1. Develop and implement brand standards for Ecolab's hospitality industry clients.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards, guest experience, and food safety protocols.
  3. Provide guidance and support to clients on how to improve and maintain their brand standards, guest experience, and food safety.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of brand standards, guest experience, and food safety in the hospitality industry.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance brand standards, guest experience, and food safety.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to brand standards, guest experience, and food safety.
  7. Train and educate clients on brand standards, guest experience, and food safety protocols.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional support.
  10. Conduct crisis management and handle any guest experience or food safety issues that may arise.
  11. Ensure all Ecolab products and services are in line with brand standards, guest experience, and food safety regulations.
  12. Attend industry conferences and events to represent Ecolab and promote our brand standards, guest experience, and food safety solutions.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve our brand standards, guest experience, and food safety processes and procedures.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Ecolab and uphold our commitment to making the world a cleaner, safer, and healthier place.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Brand Standards: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Brand Standards And Guidelines In The Hospitality Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Brand Positioning, Marketing Strategies, And Customer Service Standards.

  • Experience In Guest Experience Management: A Strong Background In Guest Experience Management Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Experience In Conducting Guest Satisfaction Surveys, Analyzing Customer Feedback, And Implementing Strategies To Improve The Overall Guest Experience.

  • Expertise In Food Safety: The Candidate Should Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Food Safety And Sanitation Practices. This Includes Understanding Of Haccp Principles, Food Handling Regulations, And Industry Standards For Food Safety.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Brand Standards, Guest Experience & Food Safety Advisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Providing Training And Guidance To Staff And Management Teams. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are A Must.

  • Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure That Brand Standards And Food Safety Practices Are Consistently Met. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Identify Potential Areas Of Improvement.
