- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow key corporate accounts within the institutional sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Ecolab products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Utilize data and analytics to track account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute account plans and drive revenue growth.
- Represent Ecolab at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and growth strategies.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective account management.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performing and customer-focused culture.
- Adhere to Ecolab's ethical standards and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Corporate Account Management, Preferably In The Institutional Sector.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Retaining And Growing Key Accounts.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
