This position will be integral in ensuring our stores are running smoothly and efficiently, and our customers are happy. Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of ECCO's retail locations. • Ensure stores are running smoothly and efficiently. • Ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor store performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. • Implement processes and strategies to improve store operations. • Identify and address business opportunities. • Develop and monitor employee training and development programs. • Develop and enforce safety and security protocols. • Maintain records of store operations and inventory. • Manage store budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and staff. • Provide leadership and direction to store personnel. • Plan and coordinate promotional events and activities. • Resolve customer complaints and disputes. • Travel to stores as needed.
