We are currently looking for a Store Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and will ensure our stores are running efficiently. If you have the qualifications and the passion to help ECCO succeed, we'd love to hear from you!The Store Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ECCO's retail locations. This position will be integral in ensuring our stores are running smoothly and efficiently, and our customers are happy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, as well as an understanding of retail operations.The successful candidate will possess: • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field • At least two years of experience in retail operations and/or customer service • The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • The ability to work well independently and with a team • The willingness to travel as neededIf you have the qualifications and experience, and are passionate about joining a driven and successful team, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of ECCO's retail locations. • Ensure stores are running smoothly and efficiently. • Ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor store performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. • Implement processes and strategies to improve store operations. • Identify and address business opportunities. • Develop and monitor employee training and development programs. • Develop and enforce safety and security protocols. • Maintain records of store operations and inventory. • Manage store budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and staff. • Provide leadership and direction to store personnel. • Plan and coordinate promotional events and activities. • Resolve customer complaints and disputes. • Travel to stores as needed.
