Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Coordinator to join our team at ECCO. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong customer service and problem-solving skills to help ensure the success of our store operations. As a Store Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while working closely with the Store Manager to ensure the day-to-day operations of the store runs smoothly.The ideal candidate for this role is an innovative self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in a customer service or store operations role. You must also possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the day-to-day operations of the store runs smoothly • Identify and implement solutions to operational issues • Ensure store compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Monitor store operations to ensure all processes and procedures are followed • Manage inventory levels to maximize sales and profitability • Maintain accurate records of store operations • Assist with training new store staff • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner • Assist with store marketing initiatives and promotional activities • Manage store opening and closing duties • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction • Participate in meetings and provide feedback on store operations • Perform other duties as assigned.
