In addition, you must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, be reliable and punctual, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers upon arrival and provide assistance in selecting products and services.
2. Provide customers with product knowledge and information to enable them to make informed buying decisions.
3. Upsell products and services to customers to meet their individual needs.
4. Process sales and returns accurately and efficiently.
5. Handle cash, credit and check transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
7. Enforce store policies and procedures.
8. Assist in training new sales associates.
9. Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
