Job Description

At ECCO, our Business Development Manager is an integral part of our team. We are looking for a passionate individual with the drive and ambition to bring our business to the next level. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in business development and a strong understanding of the industry.The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with customers and partners. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to think outside the box, and have a positive approach to achieving success. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about business development and has the drive and energy to take our business to the next level. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth.
  2. Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with customers and partners.
  3. Analyze industry trends and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.
  4. Develop and implement business plans that support company objectives.
  5. Utilize innovative solutions to overcome complex business challenges.
  6. Prepare reports on progress and update management on key activities.
  7. Negotiate terms and conditions with prospective customers and partners.
  8. Build a network of contacts to enable business growth.
  9. Monitor external market developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
  10. Manage budget and resources efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment.
