Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at ECCO! Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you’ll be responsible for driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.As a successful candidate, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a desire to exceed expectations. You should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry, and demonstrate a working knowledge of market analysis and business development best practices.If you are an analytical thinker with a passion for sales and a track record for success, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Analyze markets and industry trends to advise on the best strategies for achieving business goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential customers
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with customers
  • Monitor and report on the progress of business development initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in the industry and market conditions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure strategies are aligned
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of business operations
