- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of TCGplayer's digital products and services, as well as the gaming industry and its trends.
- Utilize user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the user experience aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to continuously improve the digital experience for our users.
- Use wireframes, prototypes, and other design tools to communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Identify and troubleshoot user experience issues, proposing and implementing solutions to improve overall usability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in UX design, incorporating new ideas and techniques into the design process.
- Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from users to inform and improve design decisions.
- Ensure consistency and maintain brand standards across all digital platforms and products.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to present design ideas and gather feedback.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.
- Act as an advocate for the user, consistently advocating for their needs and preferences in the design process.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow in their roles.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ux Design, With A Focus On Digitization And E-Commerce.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Design And Prototyping Tools Such As Sketch, Invision, And Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, Including User Research, Wireframing, And Usability Testing.
Experience Working In An Agile Environment And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Managers, Developers, And Other Designers.
