- Develop and execute strategic plans for shipping and logistics products, in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives of eBay.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers to drive the development and enhancement of our shipping and logistics products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform product development and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipping and logistics products.
- Set and track key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success and impact of shipping and logistics products.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
- Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders, including senior management, on a regular basis.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.

- Represent eBay at industry events and conferences, promoting our shipping and logistics products and thought leadership in the e-commerce space.
- Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development and decision making, always keeping the customer experience as the top priority.
Extensive Experience In Product Management Within The Shipping And Logistics Industry, Preferably At A Large-Scale E-Commerce Company Like Ebay.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Complex Shipping And Logistics Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Management, Including Carrier Selection, Pricing Negotiations, And Inventory Management.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Strategic Decision Making And Optimize Shipping And Logistics Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including External Partners And Vendors.
